At Adya, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and smoothly across India. All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–15 business days depending on your location, while remote areas may take slightly longer.

We offer shipping across India and aim to keep it convenient for our customers. Prepaid orders usually come with free shipping, while a small Cash on Delivery (COD) charge may apply at checkout. COD is available on most orders, but we request customers to be available at the time of delivery to avoid delays or failed attempts.

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment in real time. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may happen due to factors like weather conditions, courier issues, or high demand periods.

Customers are requested to provide accurate address and contact details while placing orders. In case of incorrect details or failed delivery due to unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
